You'll love staying on this lovely lane.... the beach is only 9 houses away and there are no roads to cross to put your toes in the sand. The sound is also within walking distance.... it's the best place to check out the sunset with those you love. Desirable Location

The town of Duck is just a short drive or bike ride away. You can sink your teeth into a fresh, hot donut at Duck Donuts within 5 minutes or stop by any number of shops and restaurants in the area. There is also a great waterfront restaurant within walking distance to Dreamcatcher!

Rules and Requirements

Please respect our nice neighbors and observe quiet hours between 11pm and 7am.

Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside or outside of the home or around the pool or hot tub.

No glass in or around the pool or hot tub.

No pets allowed. No parties.

Check-in Process

We have a self check-in process, so you will be letting yourself in to the cottage between the hours of 4pm and 11pm. During your stay, you will have your own door code specific to your reservation. The code will be sent to you on the day of your scheduled check-in and will be valid from 4pm on your arrival day until 10am on the day of your departure. To operate the keypad on the front door, tap the check mark on the lower left corner, enter your code then tap the check mark again. The lock will open automatically. To engage the lock upon leaving the premises, simply close the door and tap the check mark. The door will lock. Please let us know immediately if you have any issues with entry.

Linens and Towels

Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are not provided and are the responsibility of the guest. If you are unable to bring your own linens and towels and would like to arrange for them through a service, please consider contacting Ocean Atlantic Rentals at www.oceanatlanticrentals.com or by phone at 252-261-4346. They will be able to deliver linens and many other items to the cottage for your stay.
